What this site collects on its own
Nothing. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and contains no tracking scripts. Loading a page makes no request to any third party — the typefaces are served from this domain rather than from an outside font service.
When you get in touch
If you submit the contact form, the name, email address and message you enter are sent to Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which forwards them to us by email. We keep that correspondence in our mailbox for as long as we need it to respond and to keep a record of the enquiry.
If you email or call us directly, we hold that correspondence the same way. If you book a Discovery Call, the scheduling is handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy. Links to LinkedIn are ordinary links — we receive nothing unless you choose to contact us there.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare handles requests and keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability. We do not review those logs to identify individual visitors.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not build profiles of people who visit this site. We do not send marketing email; if we write to you, it is because you contacted us first.
How long we keep it
Correspondence stays in our mailbox while a conversation is live and for as long as we need a record of it, and no longer than that. Ask us to delete it sooner and we will.
Where it goes
Two companies process information on our behalf: Web3Forms, which delivers the contact form, and Cloudflare, which hosts the site. Both operate in the United States, so anything you send may be processed there. We use no other processors, and we have no advertising, marketing, or data partners of any kind.
Your rights
Wherever you are, and whatever law applies to you, we will do these things when you ask: tell you what we hold about you, give you a copy of it, correct it, or delete it. Email info@northbenchadvisors.com and say which. We will not charge you for it, and we will not treat you any differently for having asked.
If you are in California, that covers your rights to know, access, correct, delete, and opt out under the CCPA. We do not sell or share personal information as that law defines those words, and we never have — so there is nothing here to opt out of.
If you are in the UK or the EU, that covers access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability under the GDPR. We handle what you send us on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to an enquiry you started, or on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by asking us to delete the correspondence.
Cookies
We do not use any, which is why this site has no cookie banner. If that ever changes, this page changes first.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above changes with it.
